GWI PHILOSOPHY:

Our concept of teamwork is each member representing the Owner, the Architect/Engineer Design Team and the General Contractor Team, working together in the best interest of the owner, to achieve the goals of the owner. In our experience, GWI has found that a team approach to project management creates the most efficiency and value for our clients. We believe in the team approach and work in a team relationship with the A/E Design Team on a majority of our projects. In fact, we negotiate our work on a team basis, providing the pre-construction services and construction services necessary to meet or exceed the goals of the owner.
